Standard Policy
ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 11/1
REQUIREMENTS
All requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
- Product(s) must be in like-new condition
- All product accessories are included in return
- Returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- Product(s) are dropped off within 7-10 days of receiving the return label
(NO return shipping fees)RETURNS
Please contact our customer service department within fourteen (14) days of delivery in order to receive a full refund upon the products return as long as the requirements are met.
Any damages upon receiving the product must be reported to our customer service department within three (3) days of being delivered in order to be qualified for a refund.EXCHANGES

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I opened my order, can I still return it for a refund?
Yes! Even if you have opened the item, you are able to return it for a refund or exchange.
We will accept opened packages as long as the product is returned in like-new condition, with the original packaging and with all the included accessories.
In addition, you will need to have contacted our customer support team regarding the return or exchange request within the allotted timeframe in order to be eligible to return your product.
2. How do I receive a return label?
Once you have reached out to our customer service team with your return or exchange request, we will email you a UPS or USPS return label!
After the label is emailed and printed, you will be required to drop off the package at a UPS or USPS location within 7-10 days.
We do not mail return labels. If you do not have access to a printer, you will need to have the label printed at your local UPS or USPS store when dropping off the package. We do not cover shipping fees associated with the printing of the label.
3. I don't have the shipping box, how can I ship back my return?
We do not cover shipping fees associated with the packaging for your return.
If you no longer have the shipping box that your product was delivered in, you can utilize any other boxes that you may have or you can purchase a box at a UPS or USPS location when you are dropping it off.
4. When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund after we have your received your returned package at our warehouse.
Due to remote working conditions, please allow 1-2 business days after your return has been delivered to our warehouse for a refund notification email to be sent to you.
Once the refund is processed, you can expect to see the amount reflected on your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
5. I'd like to exchange my product, when will the new product ship?
We will ship out your new product after we have your received your returned package at our warehouse.
Due to remote working conditions, please allow 1-2 business days after your return has been delivered to our warehouse for the new product to be shipped out to you.
